Mobile Rapid DNA strives to provide exceptional service, but we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Here’s a breakdown of our refund policy:
Refunds are granted at Mobile Rapid DNA’s discretion and may not include administrative or handling fees.
After we contact the other testing party or parties to set up their DNA testing appointment, they have a window of 7 days from the date of of your appointment to complete their DNA test. If the other testing party or parties does not show up or never agrees to the appointment, no refund is given. We assume that you have notified the other testing party or parties that you will be scheduling a DNA paternity tests. WE DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN THOSE DISPUTES.
Please note that all sales are final. NO REFUNDS ON DNA KITS, ALL DNA KITS ARE NON-COURT ADMISSIBLE
Cancellations not made at least 72 hours in advance for any appointment incur a $100 cancellation fee. This means if a service is paid for, you will receive your money back minus the $100 cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Fees: Same-day appointment fees, mileage fees, and any lab processing fees are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available if a cancellation request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for an appointment without prior cancellation will result in the full charge of the service fee, and no refunds will be issued. If you dispute this charge with your bank or any other financial institution, we will show them our policy.
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Additional Considerations:
Once services are completed (including sample shipment), refunds will not be issued.
If sample recollection is required due to participant error and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. The test can only be rescheduled.
Mobile Rapid DNA provides estimated completion times for DNA testing services. While results often arrive sooner, they may occasionally exceed estimated timelines. Once testing begins, refunds are not available.
