Data Destruction: After the minimum retention period, our laboratory partners securely destroy all accompanying data in annual intervals.
Non-Legal/Non-Chain of Custody Tests:
Sample Retention: Our laboratory partners store your samples for approximately 6-8 weeks, or longer if required by legal or contractual obligations.
Data Retention: All associated data and records are maintained for a minimum of one year and will be destroyed annually thereafter.
Third-Party Data Sharing:
Mobile Rapid DNA does not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text Messaging Opt-In Data:
Data related to your text messaging opt-in preferences will not be shared with third parties.
