Payment, Rescheduling, and Liability Terms
1. Payment Policy.
All payments for services are due in full at the time of booking or prior to specimen collection. We do not perform any service without advance payment.
2. No Refunds.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of laboratory testing and allocated resources, we do not offer refunds for services rendered, scheduled, or purchased.
3. Rescheduling Policy.
If you need to reschedule a scheduled drug test, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment at a mutually agreeable time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome.
Mobile Rapid DNA provides specimen collection services. We do not guarantee any specific result or outcome of a drug test. Test results are based on the analysis of the specimen provided.
5. Dispute of Results & Third-Party Testing.
If you are unsatisfied with or wish to dispute the results of a test, it is recommended that you arrange for a new specimen to be collected and analyzed by a separate, unrelated third-party laboratory. We are not liable for results, interpretations, or decisions made based on the test results.
6. Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Rapid DNA, its owners, agents, and employees, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from (a) the use or inability to use our services; or (b) the outcomes, decisions, or interpretations based on test results provided by our service.
Limitations
● Time, dose, or frequency of use may not be inferred.
● A negative result is not evidence of abstinence.
● The result of a subsequently collected specimen does not refute the validity of the results of a previous specimen.
● Single doses are unlikely to produce a positive result.
● Nails must be clear of any substances, including but not limited to cosmetic treatments (e.g. polish, artificial acrylic, gel, or silk overlay), and non-cosmetic substances (e.g. dirt, substance residue oils, stains, inks or dyes, etc.) prior to collection.
Obtaining a fingernail drug test is typically used to determine long-term patterns of use. Not necessarily single-use. Keep in mind that prescription drugs and some over-the-counter medications can or may cause positive test results. We suggest you get legal advice on what to do if your on prescription drugs and come back positive on your drug test. This test is basically for the determination of abstinence from drugs. All we do is send your specimen to the lab, where they test for whatever test panels are purchased. You are free to use another third party company for retesting. There will be no refunds in this case as well.
